- Authenticity! We are not looking to “sell” anyone, we are simply looking to be straight forward and transparent; and in seeing where we can help and be of service.
- We actually pair buyers and sellers together! We cast a wide marketing net to find buyers and sellers that might be compatible! In other words, if you are a seller, we actually try to sell your house; and if you are a buyer we actually try to find your home! What a concept!
- Experience and energy at the same time! Don has 20 years of experience as a real estate agent, broker, licensed appraiser, and even an escrow officer; and Noah has the energy of someone in their 20’s. This is a powerful combination that is hard to find.
- Tech flexibility! In this rapidly advancing technological world you might fall into one of two camps: those who love tech and are savvy with it; and those who do not and are not! While both of us have a great understanding of today’s technology, especially Noah, Don also brings to the table an empathy for the frustration some can feel when dealing with tech.
- Generational viewpoints! Whether you are in your 20’s, or two or three times that, one of us has seen the world from your perspective, a powerful ingredient in any relationship.
- We care, and are looking to build long term relationships! Sometimes it is not the right time for you to buy or sell; and if that’s the case, we will be honest with you. We are looking to build a base of clients who can rely on us into the future and feel good referring their friends and family!
